In a market where every agent sells the same inventory, the only differentiator left is that you are the one people remember. That is branding, and most agents treat it as a logo.
It is not a logo. It is a bio that says something true, a thirty-second introduction that lands, and a content plan that makes you the person who knows the neighborhood numbers. These prompts write all three. One builds a ninety-day brand plan for a new agent with daily, weekly, and monthly actions. Three of the ten are shown in full.

Why these prompts work when free lists don’t
Every prompt in this library is built from the same four parts. That is the whole difference between a prompt that returns an essay and a prompt that returns something you can send, print, or ship.
1. RoleTell the model who it is. “Act as a business strategist” changes the vocabulary and the confidence of the answer.
2. ContextYour real situation, in the [brackets]. Revenue, city, competitor, the awkward detail. This is the part most people skip and the part that does the most work.
3. FormatExactly what comes back: five emails with subject lines, a table of weekly milestones, three description styles. If you don’t name the shape, you get prose.
4. Success criteriaWhat good looks like. “Irresistible without being cheesy.” “Direct but kind.” “Be brutally honest.” This is what stops the filler.
Worked example, from this page:
Write my real estate agent bio for my website. I specialize in [area/niche]. Include: my background, why I do this, and what clients say about me.
Role and success criteria are stated, the format is implied by what it asks for, and every [bracket] is a context slot for you to fill. Fill them with real numbers and real names and the output is a deliverable, not a draft.
How to use these prompts
Put your actual niche and your actual city in the brackets. A bio for an agent who specializes in first-time buyers in the east side of Tucson is a bio. A bio for a real estate professional is a paragraph nobody reads. Specificity is the entire brand strategy.
Three mistakes that waste a good prompt
- Writing about yourself instead of your client. The bio prompt asks for your background and why you do this, but the version that converts keeps returning to what the client gets.
- A content strategy with no numbers. The LinkedIn prompt requires a specific data point per post, because vague market commentary is what every other agent posts.
- Building a brand for ninety days then stopping. The ninety-day plan is a start, not a campaign. Run it, then run it again.
Questions people ask
Can it write my whole website about page?
Yes. There is a prompt for an about page covering your story, your approach, your results, and one personal detail that makes you relatable, which is the part agents always leave out and buyers always remember.
Is there a YouTube strategy for agents?
There is. One prompt builds a channel strategy including video series ideas, an SEO approach, and how to convert viewers into leads rather than subscribers.
What else is in the personal branding category?
Ten prompts. Beyond these three: a social media content strategy with pillars and posting frequency, five LinkedIn market-expert posts, a personal brand statement built on your unique value, a testimonial request process covering when and how to ask, and ten newsletter topic ideas mixing market updates, lifestyle, client stories, and local business spotlights.
150 prompts. Three packs. $15 once.
Business, content creation, and real estate — 15 categories, lifetime access, no subscription. Works in ChatGPT (free tier is fine), Claude, and Gemini.
